How do I place a top-up order?

Pick your game, choose a package and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your game ID or login details, choose how to pay and confirm. Our team starts on it right away.

How can I track my order?

Every order gets a reference like NB-F12345. Open My Orders to see it go from Pending to Processing to Completed. You also get a notification the moment it is done.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Only while it is still Pending and not yet being processed. Contact support straight away with your order reference and we will stop it if we can.

What information do I need for a top-up?

It depends on the game: Free Fire / PUBG Mobile need your Player UID; Clash of Clans / Clash Royale use your Supercell ID; Roblox / TikTok use your account login. The checkout asks for exactly what is needed. Always double-check it before confirming.

Can I order multiple packages at once?

Yes. Add packages from different games to your cart and check out once. Each game is delivered separately, so make sure every ID in the cart is right.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your refund policy?

We refund when an order was not delivered within 24 hours, the wrong amount was delivered by our mistake, or you paid twice. Refunds go to your Nepbyte Wallet within 24 to 48 hours of approval.

How do I request a refund?

Message support with your order reference, what went wrong and any screenshots. We reply within 24 hours.

How do I earn points and tiers?

Every completed order earns points, and points move you up from Bronze to Silver, Gold and Platinum, each with better cashback. See your progress on the Points page.

How does cashback work?

Part of what you pay comes back to your wallet after a successful order. The rate depends on how you pay and your tier, and spin wheel perks can boost it.

How do I get spin wheel chances?
